This application is the exclusive intellectual property of Kasim (Web Developer).

By accessing or using this APSCABL E2W Loan Management System, you acknowledge and agree that:

No Sale or Transfer: This application cannot be sold, resold, licensed, sublicensed, rented, leased, transferred, assigned, or distributed to any third party without explicit written permission from Kasim.
No Modification or Copying: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this application.
No Commercial Use: This application is provided for authorized internal use only. Any commercial exploitation without permission is strictly prohibited.
No Redistribution: You may not redistribute this application or any part thereof, including source code, database structure, or design elements.
Legal Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages.

WARNING: Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this software is a violation of intellectual property laws and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the APSCABL E2W Loan Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this system.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the system owner (Kasim). Continued use of the system implies unconditional acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Upload authentic documents without any forgery or manipulation
Not attempt to bypass, hack, or compromise system security
Not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the system for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities immediately

4. Loan Application Process

The loan application process involves the following stages, and users agree to:

Submission: Dealers submit applications with complete documentation
Verification: Verifiers review documents for authenticity
Review: Reviewers assess eligibility and financial viability
Approval/Rejection: Approvers make final decisions
Acceptance: Loan approval is subject to internal policies and discretion

APSCABL reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in:

Immediate rejection of the application
Permanent ban from using the system
Legal action for fraud or misrepresentation
Reporting to relevant authorities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in this system, including but not limited to:

Source code and database structure
User interface and design elements
Documentation and user manuals
Trademarks, logos, and branding
All content and materials

are owned exclusively by Kasim (Web Developer). No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the system as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
The owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation
The owner is not responsible for any financial losses arising from loan rejections
Users assume all risks associated with using the system

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. By using this system, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Termination of Access

The system owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Suspected fraudulent activity
Misuse of system resources
Non-payment of any applicable fees
Any other reason deemed appropriate by the owner

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via:

Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
